The only thing we have to fear is fear itself — unless you did not realize the rules of the game have changed.

The laws and political landscape are as complex as they aredynamic. It makes a big difference to have someone in your corner.

The ISIA advocates for the interests of the self-insured. We are present at the Capitol, working with legislators to create a fair and balanced workers’ compensation system for employers and employees.

The ISIA’s annual legislative briefing provides a unique opportunity to speak directly with legislators regarding workers’ compensation policies. We represent our shared interests to the Iowa Division of Workers’ Compensation, state legislators, and the National Council of Self-Insurers.

Through these efforts, the ISIA can create a meaningful dialogue and spark change on your behalf to improve and sustain the workers’ compensation system.
